Delivered by a team with real smarts!

Capability in Defence

Our in-house capability is geared to deliver defence projects from concept to quality delivery on-time, for whole of life!

We continually invest in training, manufacturing capability, plant, and technology to ensure we can deliver quality, defence solutions.

We choose not sub-contract within our manufacturing process and have instead chosen to invest in our own capability. This means we completely control quality and not relying on a 3rd party to deliver outcomes for you. Our comprehensive manufacturing operation, coupled with our Lean Approach to manufacturing means we can deliver on time, to quality specification and support product for the whole of life and beyond!

Quality People Delivering Quality Products

Our people are tradespeopleTRT’s capability and our promise of quality are backed by a team of 220 skilled and experienced people, from sales and design to the full scope of manufacturing and production. This wide skillset means that we are best placed to work with Primes and Defence customers to rapidly take a concept to design and prototype, through to manufacture and deployment.

A key aspect of our team is our commitment to intergenerational training and employment. A lot of our current employees started out as apprentices in the shop. This means that we have embedded a culture of quality from the foundation of training, to a standard that TRT expects to be delivered to customers.

Our people are able to adapt quickly and with the systems developed with experience, TRT has the ability to rapidly scale and adapt as a whole organisation to ensure that we can meet project requirements. This is shown in the staff change from 130 to 220 personnel in just 18 months between the end of 2016 and 2018.
