We’re pleased to introduce Matt Nottage, our new Trailer Sales Representative, who brings industry experience and a good practical understanding of the heavy transport industry to TRT.
With a background in heavy transport and lifting, Matt is no stranger to the challenges and demands of the industry. He served several years in the New Zealand Army, operating large transporters and low loaders as part of 101 Heavy Lift Platoon, 10 Transport Company based out of Linton Military Camp, Palmerston North. He then spent time as Company Sales Rep at Emmett's Truck Services in Palmerston North, where he worked closely with customers to provide solutions and strengthen relationships.
Before joining TRT, he was Operations Coordinator at TR Group, where he gained hands-on experience in dispatching, quoting, repairs and maintenance on trucks and trailers.
Matt jumped at the chance to join TRT when this unique opportunity was offered. This presented a fantastic opportunity for Matt to work for a company that designs and manufactures industry-leading products for the heavy haulage and lifting industries. His focus will be to use his knowledge of the industry, along with TRT’s experience and capability, to help customers find the best solutions for their heavy transport needs.
