Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The prizes will be drawn by 10th of February 2020 and winners notified by phone and or email.
- Eligible entries require a minimum order of $500 exclusive of GST invoiced on your account on or before 31 Jan 2020.
- $500 is the minimum spend per entry. Accounts will not be rounded up. e.g. $900 = 1 entry, $1,100 = 2 entries.
- Only eligible purchases will generate one or more entries into the draw.
- Eligible purchases are based on sales of goods from TRT's truck and trailer parts division and exclude the sales of heavy equipment including trailers, cranes, Hiab, Jonsered, Moffett, Mulitlift and Zepro equipment. Please note Zepro and Hiab parts are eligible for inclusion in the draw.
- The total of all invoices during the eligibility period will be included as a combined total that determines the final number of entries per account.
- The prizes are only available to TRT account customers. Cash sales customers can set up on account during the period of the competition and will become eligible for inclusion in the draw. Download a copy of the TRT Credit Account Application Form
- All winners, drawn at random, are subject to TRT’s approval based on the entry criteria. The decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- There are six (6) prizes to be drawn.
- Two prizes are allocated per branch. Auckland (Auckland, Pukekohe and Northland), Hamilton (The rest of the North Island) and Christchurch (covering the South Island)
- There are NOT multiple chances to win. Winning entries will be removed from all following prize draws.
- Only entries from New Zealand are eligible to receive a prize.
- Prizes can not be exchanged for cash or equivalent value in products or services.
- By entering this competition and providing your contact details, Tidd Ross Todd Limited reserves the right to contact those that entered using the details supplied at a later date with information and offers.
- Tidd Ross Todd Limited reserves the right to publish winners first names and company online and in print media
- This prize draw is not open to Tidd Ross Todd Ltd employees or their immediate family.
- Prizes will be arranged to be delivered or can be picked up from the TRT Branch.
