New from TRT is the 30tonne Construction Tipper. Designed to be towed behind Tractors over 250HP. The TRT Construction Tipper provides a practical and capable alternative to an expensive articulated dump truck. Both the 16.5M3 capacity end tipper body and tailgate are manufactured from Hardox Steel for high strength and light tare. The top ‘pivot forward’ tailgate allows high ejection for stock piling and double acting hydraulic cylinders ensure a watertight seal to reduce spills. Tipping is through an underbody multi-stage hydraulic hoist.
The TRT Construction Tipper is equipped with top of the line German Manufactured 10 Stud BPW Axles mounted on TRT’s unique Split Axle Beam Suspension with an impressive 400mm of axle travel for outstanding stability. Brakes are hydraulic with a special safety feature that the Park Brake is applied automatically when the tractor engine stalls or is stationary. Tyres are high capacity non-slip pattern Agro Grip 750/45Rx26.5. Tow coupling is an extra heavy duty 360° Swivel Coupling designed for 5tonne of downforce. The Draw Bar is fully suspended on a hydraulic cylinder; accumulators provide dampening for improved ride. The Draw Beam height is fully adjustable to suit different coupling heights.
