The Pilot Supreme runs air suspension with an operator rating of 150kg, handling a wider range of driver sizes than most standard truck seats. With 80mm of total travel, it absorbs road shock continuously through a shift, so drivers arrive at the end of a run in better shape than the road would otherwise allow.

The adjustable damper lets the driver tune the suspension response to their weight and preference. A heavier driver or a rougher route may need a firmer setting. A lighter driver on a smoother run can soften it. Either way, the seat adapts to the conditions rather than applying a fixed response to every situation.

Three independently adjustable air lumbar chambers give the driver precise control over lower back support across the full height of the lumbar region. For drivers covering extended routes, independent adjustment means the support fits their back rather than an average, reducing the stiffness that accumulates through a long shift.

A 3-point safety belt is integrated into the seat structure as standard. It moves with the seat through all adjustments, so the belt fits correctly regardless of where the driver has positioned the seat for their shift. No separate cab belt hardware required.

The seat cushion slides to adjust seat depth, letting drivers position the front edge of the cushion to support the thighs correctly for their leg length. On a long shift, the difference between correct thigh support and a cushion that cuts off circulation is something every driver who has done the hours will recognise.

The Pilot Supreme is available with mounting configurations of 216mm, 230mm, and 280-320mm to suit different cab floor setups.
