Bruce Nixon

Bruce Nixon is an Executive Director of Power Farming Holdings, an importer and distributor of tractors and agricultural equipment in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. He also serves as an independent director of Spectrum Dairies and Connell Contractors. Prior to his current role, Bruce spent over 25 years in roles in Fletcher Building, most recently as Managing Director of Fletcher Residential Limited. He has an MBA from the University of Warwick (UK) and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
Robert Carden

Robert has had over 40 years in the business; from the shop floor through to the head of both mechanical service and crane divisions in Australia and New Zealand.
Robert is TRT's Technical Director focussed on delivering the technical aspects of product development, especially in the area of cranes and lifting equipment, where he is considered to be an international leading expert. Robert leads TIDD technical development & testing.
Bruce Carden

Bruce has been a part of the team at TRT over 30 years, working across all areas of the organisation. His roles include; Hose Division Manager, Marketing Manager, Australia Branch Manager and has headed TRT’s Manufacturing until recently.
As the Director of Sales and Innovation, Bruce is responsible for managing the customer lead solutions across all of TRT's products, manufactured and distributed. He has an experienced hand across the engineering design process in all new projects.
Lawrence Baker - Chief Operations Officer

Working alongside the Board of Directors, Lawrence manages the day to day operations within the business in both New Zealand and Australia, including the large manufacturing facilities in Hamilton, which outputs all of TRT's manufactured product. With a strong strategic focus, Lawrence also heads up new business acquisition and strategic growth initiatives.
Dave Carden - TRT Ambassador

Dave is one of the four founding directors that formed Jack Tidd Ross Todd in 1967. He was the Managing Director from 1987 to 1998 before his retirement. Dave stepped down from his role on the Board in 2021 and has the new role of Ambassador.
