TRT Slider Base

Developed for the Heavy Haul Industry, the TRT Heavy Duty Slider Base is designed specifically for Low Loader tractor units where a sliding fifth wheel is required.
Seen here fitted to one of the Mercedes-Benz Actros 3284L Tractor Units recently set up for NZ Army, the TRT Slider Base is mounted with a Jost JSK38G1-2 Fifth Wheel and provides 6 positions allowing the driver to optimise axle loads.
